Returns

We understand buying online can be a little daunting, especially if you’d like to touch and feel the product prior to purchase.

That’s why we are happy to provide a hassle-free, no questions asked, exchange policy for all online purchases (except earrings). If you are not completely satisfied with your online Sienna Elizabeth purchase, and would like to change your mind,  simply return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. No questions asked, no hassles, no problem!

We will exchange items, providing they are unworn, undamaged, unmarked and are in a re-saleable condition. However, we do not provide a refund if you change your mind.

Exchanges must be for same or greater value. We can provide a gift voucher if you cannot find a replacement at the time. 

Exchange Instructions

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) by info@siennaelizabeth.com.au
  2. Complete the exchange form that will be emailed with your RAN#.
  3. Repack the jewellery item in its original packaging with exchange form.
  4. Post back to us!

Please chose carefully with earrings, as we have a strict no returns policy on earrings for hygiene reasons. We guarantee customers that  Sienna Elizabeth earrings have not been worn previously as we highly value health and safety. 

Sales items are non-returnable. 

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet our strict quality standards, we’ll repair or replace the item where stock is available, otherwise a refund will be provided.

Please be aware that all items undergo quality assessment before they are posted to our valued customers.
